ZA’s lending services provides financial institutions and other asset-based lenders assistance in the evaluation of potential or existing customer’s collateral. We provide field exams for surveys and recurring examinations for existing loans.

Our collateral examination provides effective risk evaluation, accuracy of reporting and collateral monitoring with specialized examination procedures to enhance the credit decision processes. We understand the issues and concerns of asset based lenders and will work to develop a program of procedures that address the specific needs of each exam. We will utilize the lender’s audit program and report format as requested. If the lender does not have an internal audit program, we can utilize our internally developed program and tailor it to meet the specific needs and requirements of management.

Our philosophy at ZA is not just to follow procedures but to “think outside the box”. Not every company fits the cookie cutter template and may need special procedures and explanations to provide lenders with a more in-depth view of their client. We strive to report the information that is pertinent as well as other information that may have an impact on the future of the lender’s collateral. We maintain communication with the lender throughout the examination process. Findings are discussed and addressed and we do not believe in surprises!
