Quality Control ZA's quality control system requires various levels of review. The engagement partners, directors, and managers monitor and review the work of staff as the audit is being conducted. Before the audit report is released, a second partner or director that is experienced in the non-profit and governmental industry will review the report and other documents to evaluate the professional excellence of the audit and then give concurrence as to the propriety of the accountants' reports. In addition, ZA has an independent Peer Review performed as required by AICPA Professional Standards. ZA is a properly licensed public accounting firm, meeting the independence standards of the GAO Standards for Audit of Governmental Organizations, Programs, Activities and Functions. ZA is not currently under suspension or debarment by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, any other state or federal government.
